1. Accounts and roles
Public registration is available to property owners, agents, and brokers. Administrator and staff access is granted by an authorised administrator and may be removed when duties change.
You must provide accurate account details, protect your password, and promptly update information that becomes incorrect.
2. Property Upload Terms
- You confirm that you own the property or have authority from the owner to advertise it.
- Descriptions, prices, locations, availability, features, and photos must be current and materially accurate.
- Photos must depict the advertised property. Do not upload misleading, stolen, unlawful, or privacy-invading material.
- Select a clear cover image that fairly represents the property. Ronzad may reorder, optimise, or remove media to improve presentation and safety.
- Do not place phone numbers or other bypass contact details in the description. Enquiries should use the platform workflow so they can be supported and measured.
- Ronzad's company number is the public contact for property enquiries. Lister and property-owner contacts are retained privately for authorised operational follow-up.
- Ronzad may verify, reject, pause, correct, or remove a listing that is incomplete, misleading, duplicated, unavailable, disputed, or unlawful.
3. Enquiries, viewings, and offers
When a customer submits an enquiry, requests a viewing, or makes an offer, Ronzad may create a lead and opportunity record and share the necessary details with authorised staff and the relevant property partner. Availability and transaction terms remain subject to confirmation.
4. Fees, agreements, and commissions
Any paid placement, commission, referral fee, or transaction service must be supported by a separate written or electronic agreement that states the calculation, payer, due date, and payment status. A listing alone does not create an undisclosed fee.
5. Privacy and activity data
Ronzad records account, listing, enquiry, and platform activity needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, measure performance, allocate work, and improve the customer journey. Access is restricted by role and sensitive administrative actions are logged.
6. Review, suspension, and responsibility
Ronzad provides a marketplace and workflow service. Users remain responsible for due diligence, ownership checks, inspections, agreements, payments, and professional advice. Accounts or listings may be limited or suspended where there is fraud risk, misuse, repeated inaccuracy, or breach of these terms.
